Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Letny (letny.lol, the Letny app, Chrome extension, API and MCP server). Letny is run by the operator of Letny, an individual based in North Macedonia. By using Letny you agree to them.
The service
Letny shows research about public YouTube channels and videos: niches, outlier videos, estimated statistics and AI tools. Revenue and other estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Letny uses YouTube API Services; by using Letny you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Letny is not affiliated with YouTube or Google.
Accounts
You need an account for most features. Keep your sign-in secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. One person per account. API and MCP keys are personal: do not share or resell them.
Plans, trials and billing
- Paid plans (Starter, Pro) renew automatically every month or year until you cancel.
- The Pro free trial lasts 3 days. If you do not cancel before it ends, the first payment is taken.
- Upgrades are charged for the difference for the rest of the current period. Downgrades start at the next renewal.
- You can cancel any time in Account settings → Billing; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Credits (API / usage) are prepaid, do not expire while your account exists and have no cash value.
- Prices include or exclude VAT as shown at checkout. Promo codes are personal, one use per account, and can be withdrawn.
Fair use
Do not scrape Letny, resell its data, try to get around plan limits, attack the service or use it for anything illegal or for spam. “Unlimited” MCP on Pro has a fair-use limit (currently 3,000 calls per day). We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
AI features
AI-generated images and text can be wrong or similar to existing works. You are responsible for how you use them and for having the rights to anything you upload.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Letny running but cannot promise it is always available or error-free. We may change or remove features; if a paid feature you rely on is removed we will offer a fair refund for the unused time.
Liability
Letny is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law.
Ending
You can delete your account any time by writing to us. We may end accounts that break these terms.
