Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Letny. Orders are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record, which handles refunds.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a plan — no questions asked. Yearly plans: full refund within 14 days of the first yearly payment.

Renewals

If a renewal was charged and you did not mean to keep the plan, write to us within 7 days of that charge and we will refund it if you have not used the plan since.

Credits

Unused API / usage credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Used credits cannot be refunded.

Free trial

The 3-day Pro trial is free. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged.

How to ask

Email support@letny.lol with the email of your Letny account, or reply to your Paddle receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 days.

This does not limit any rights you have under consumer law (for example the EU 14-day withdrawal right).
